We adapt: shorter route, quick coaching before start, or a Kèkè Academy pre-session. Nobody stays at the office.
Weather?
During rainy season we shift by 1-2h or reschedule to another evening. No fees on the company side.
Safety?
Helmets + reflective vests for everyone, at least 2 guides beyond 15 people, tested routes on calm Calavi streets.
Billing?
Company invoice in XOF. 30% deposit at booking, balance the same day by transfer, Mobile Money, or cash.
Cancellation?
