Safety: our tips for a successful night ride

Ride as a group

At night, the group effect adds safety and improves visibility to drivers.

Lighting is mandatory

White front light, red rear light and reflective vest: non-negotiable after 6pm.

Scout the route

Do a daytime pass or join a guided ride before going out on your own.

Avoid saturated roads

Prefer side lanes and secondary roads over main axes after dark.

Don't feel like riding alone? Join a guided ride

All these routes are doable on your own, but the best way to discover them safely is still to join a Calavi Night Ride. Our guides know the quiet passages, manage the group pace and make sure no one is left behind.

Departure every Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 6pm. Coconut on arrival 🥥.
